Customer reviews
A builder’s reputation is the one thing they cannot manufacture, so we would rather show you a short page of real feedback than a long one you have no way of checking. Here is what we have, and here is where to read or leave a review yourself.
What people have said
“Tidy, on time, and the finish is spot on. Would use again without hesitation.”
There is no name under that review, and that is deliberate. It is genuine customer feedback, but we do not have the customer’s own name to put to it — and an invented initial is still an invented name. When a customer gives us their words and their permission, you will see both here exactly as they wrote them.
Where to read the rest
Most of what people say about us is said on Google, and that is where we would rather you looked. A review on our Google Business Profile sits against the listing for anyone to see, it shows who wrote it, and — the part that matters — we cannot edit or remove it. Nothing on this page can say the same, which is why the buttons below go there rather than deeper into our own site.
If we have worked for you
The quickest route is the button above — it opens straight into the review box on our listing, and you do not need a link from us or an account with us to use it. If you would rather use the review link we sent you after your job, that ends up in the same place. Either way, say what you actually found; a page of five-star reviews that all sound the same helps nobody, least of all the next person deciding whether to let us into their house.
Would you rather see the work?
Fair enough — reviews are opinions, and photographs are not. The portfolio has real jobs written up properly: a loft conversion in Tring with the roof off and the steels going in, a rear extension in Hemel Hempstead built from the foundations up, a new house near Aylesbury and curved stone terracing in Berkhamsted. Every photograph on those pages was taken on site.
